Service Description

This 60–90 minute visit is a time to deepen our connection and prepare for your birth experience. We'll talk through your birth plan, comfort measures, positions for labor, partner roles, and any questions or concerns you may have. This session is tailored to you—whether you want to practice hands-on techniques, explore coping tools, or simply talk through your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
