Explore the roots of meditation, master foundational techniques, and build a personal practice


This beginner-friendly series is designed for those curious about meditation and looking to develop a sustainable practice. Over three weeks, we'll explore the history and origins of meditation, learn essential breathing techniques, and practice different styles of meditation. Each session will provide practical skills to help you cultivate mindfulness, find inner stillness, and confidently integrate meditation into daily life.

What to bring?

  • Water, blanket, and meditation pillow if you have one already.

  • Mala beads (optional)

  • Journal and pen / pencil for notes (optional)

  • Wear comfortable clothing, socks and blankets are welcome

  • Open minds and discussion-ready thoughts


What will be provided?

  • Warm tea (changes each week)

  • Hand-outs with space to write

  • Eye pillows and essential oils


When?

Saturdays 4pm - 5:30 pm
